There was an issue with HTC sense and facebook a week or two ago. Under Settings->Data Services, log out of facebook and log back in. Your contact photos should start syncing soon after.

tried that still don't get the Pictures to synch with my Outlook Contacts

Try Medium Hill. I think you will like it. Stable, quick, no frills, but everything you need is installed and ready to go.

As a huge bonus, MH is the most responsive to posts in his thread. Ask a question and you are all but guaranteed an answer in very short order.

Try going to the people tab, All People, and select the Updates and Events tab. From the menu, choose update now.

You should also login to facebook from a computer and check to see if the "HTC Sense" application is authorized to check your facebook account.

All seems right between facebook and HTC Sense. Contacts get linked. Contact Photo get's updated on the phone. I also have Outlook Exchange set up and previous MR ROM updated the Outlook Contact Photo as well. Now I get a text in teh Note Section of the contact that goes something like this:

<HTCData><!-- Please do not modify -->
<Facebook>id:505845127/friendof:562412345</Facebook>
</HTCData>

Hey Mike,
Just wondering if we're still going to see something new this weekend?

I hope MM includes CHT 1.8.5 and FBtab 1.6 in his Final farewell release.

I would pass on CHT since it you never know if it will get updated. If Im going to keep this on my phone until I can upgrade I would like to add the newest stuff.

That's not Mike's style, he gives us a near stock base with his own improvements and if you want those things, they're easily installable post flash. This is one of the main reasons his ROMs have been so successful, IMO.

I agree. Its nice to be able to not install the things you dont want to use instead of having a bunch of stuff that you never use taking up memory.
