I have a Verizon TP2 with Mighty Rom + Cookie 1.7.1 + editor - WORKS GREAT!! - My friend has a Tmobile TP2 (GSM) is there a version of Mighty Rom for the GSM phones? If not any suggestions?

try xda developers site for the majority of GSM roms. NRG is pretty popular.

No, Mighty is for CDMA models only

Head over to the XDA thread to find all the popular GSM TP2 ROMs. Be sure to use the unlocker over there first (not the one here):
