start/settings/ clock & alarms.

is this setting correct?

secondly, alot of these issues are the "my location" time is wrong on the world clock. On home tab, click the clock, and see what that says. I would assume your clock and alarms time isn't matching the "world clock" time.

Could be a dst thing, I think there was an update or a main thread regarding this.

Yes. It is currently set to GMT -5 Eastern US...which is the time zone I am in. And the time is correct.

The clock is set to My Location, which is showing the correct time. The same time that was shown in start/settings/clocks & alarms

...again, it's only the received text/mms message times that are off. as far as i can tell every other time is correct on my phone (sent text messages, appointments, the actual time on the home screen, etc. all correct).

I've seen this phenomenon before, most of the time, it ends up being a network problem.

OK, I have a question... no guesses please, only hard facts.

Can running out of RAM (say the ram usage hit 100% and then you opened another program) cause the phone to reboot all by itself?

My RAM was high, I started streaming slacker, then bang. Phone was off...

And no, I didn't break it with a cab etc. I know what I am doing...

Yes indeed it can....I have had it happen a couple of times on different roms....I have also seen the message running low on memory....but when it soft reset itself I was running heavy on apps each time it happened...

Verizon
Q: MMS Support?
A: It seems like only this cab will work for the new ROM.
Credit to imnuts. This cab does threading. There is also this cab which does not thread MMS with SMS.

Just wanted to note that the imnuts cab did not work for me.

The tjELITE cab sends and receives fine, thanks tjE! It is displaying as threaded on my TP2.

Thanks from a newb!
