Looks really great! i've found that a super clean ROM with mobile shell is much faster than Sense with alot of the same features. Any screen shots??

Coming soon! :-)

One thing I noticed, the start menu pulls up the taskman program rather than the start menu. Any way to change this?

Nope. This is by design. Removing the Start Menu frees up around 10 Mb of RAM, and Xtask can do everything that you can do with the Start Menu. Hence, the lack of the Start Menu. You can refer to the XTask thread (linked to in the OP) for more help on how to use this powerful Task Manager/Launcher replacement.

Did you try installing a Sprint specific carrier cab? I would recommed dcd's Sprint carrier cab. Or you can try any of the other Sprint cabs floating around in these forums.

It worked! Thanks! You da man!

I will give it a shot. so far, the rom is real nice. Battery life will be a big concern.

For those who are curious, this does not seem to work on Verizon.

You need to install a Verizon Carrier cab for this to work properly. Out of the box, its generic, and has no carrier provisioned in to allow pretty much anyone on a CDMA network to use it. Please let me know if it doesn't work even after provisioning.
