I'm going to be pulling down all the CE ROM links and stuff in the next day or so, so if you've been meaning to try one and just didn't ever bother, now is the time.

There's not really a need for it anymore since it seems that new builds will be scarce. I'll just put out new builds as they come out without a whole section on the 1st post dedicated to them.

was just curious on the green. i havnt flashed yet so not sure if it is on beta or not but on v5 offical i never seen it, in fact i havent seen it in awhile. i thought i did at 1 point in time and never caught my eye.

oh ok thats what it was i seen in the change log and that prolly wont do me any good for what i wanna do. agian i havent flashed yet so i wasnt saying it was causing issues w/ buttons but wondering if it would be a good solution. what im thinking is i need a toggle thats an app to suspend on/off so then i can link that to the power default click. no i switched the pshutxp to long press end key and device lock is set to long press power key...its just when i changed the power key the default action wont seem to work (single click=suspend) whether or not its set in kb config to use default action. does that make better sense? :scratch: :mrgreen:

I just realized that I think the taskbar email icon is not the actual DN Android one, but I guess it's the standard WM one. At least it's not the same as the DN Android one for WM 6.5. I like the white one that is currently in the 6.5.X beta so I may keep it or maybe not or I may switch the 6.5 one to the white one or I may leave them both as they are. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm aware of some sort of issue, but whichever is true, it may be fine with me.

sad to say but i wish i never would have updated,things been mucked the hell up since,hope a new release is soon

the last official generic...............v.5 i think was the label,have tried no bets's or other roms..................and before anybody says "bad flash,bad download,task 29,maybe its a mod you installed and ect............please don't,i been around longer than most and i know what im doing


i have no stability,with email,txt,calls,gps,and ect.,i didn't install a thing,i flashed and ran as is,i have tried it 3 times,even as far as doing the flash boogie by flashing to stock,hard reset,flashing custom,hard reset............it,ain't the phone as it's less than 3 months old and runs the stock rom flawlessly,and other previous versions of the rom without any concern or issue

to everybody i been running sharkie roms since before he ever released the 1st on this thread,i can say after a gazillion roms flashed that were produced by sharkie i have never had any issues......give or take a small one here and there


v.5 don't like the tp2 i have,so gonna hope i have better luck with the next or since the tp2 has been retired and is only a work phone now,i gotta have something stable and i don't want nrg roms nor stock

I don't know what to tell you about that one. I myself ran v5.0 for several weeks without issue as have many others. I remember some ROMs for some reason unknown to anyone just seemed to not like your phone, as you said, for lack of a better way to put it. :dontknow:

Anyway, did you miss the beta posting? I know this is not your primary phone and so you wouldn't have a ton of time to test which is why I just put the beta up in the thread for whoever was willing. I would say the beta is stable, save the two issues I mentioned in that post. I've posted a fix for the RSS Tab and the other one is not really an issue as it is a difference.

Anyway, to any of you who have downloaded the beta and been it running for a day, some feedback of any sort would be greatly appreciated! :)

sorry to hear this for you...i remember last time, i think, there was a certain wm build that didnt play well w/ you and the opposite for me. then the build that ran great for you...i had trouble w/. do you remember which it was? for sum reason im thinking it was 290xxx based (i think it was a ce rom at the time)?
