All is well. I took out the NueBattery app and I can charge with anything. 2 things noted so far. The internet has the bottom task bar in the middle of the page and Slacker does not show the song info nor the song progress bar. Everything else looks great.

That's strange. I am also on Sprint and that option has always been there even in the stock ROM's. Before I started using your rom, I would change this first after doing a hard reset.

Edit: Oops...I posted without seeing your response kjhadfield. Thanks for your help :)

I have always had that option and im on verizon. Switching it over to cdma is really only needed if you go out of the country and dont want to get charged extra for using gsm networks. So if you dont travel outside of the U.S there isnt really any reason to switch it. I have never messed with it.

Here is the cab with volume buttons working with HTC volume, if anyone needs it.

Is there a way to activate the drop down menu because when I select a blank space in the taskbar it doesn't drop down. It just goes to my defualt taskbar launcher which Looks like this.

That's HTC's Notification Enhancement. It is not default, but something added by HTC. The drop down taskbar is made by Microsoft and is part of the SYS. I don't know if you can disable HTC's Notification Enhancement or not once it's cooked into a ROM (lot of registry entries and several dll's). You could try creating dummy dll's by just naming a .txt file NotificationManager.dll and overwriting the copy in \windows. That will probably just make it so nothing happens when you press on the taskbar (just guessing, but you can always delete the .txt file named NotificationManager.dll from \windows to restore teh ROM version if it causes problems).

There is a a Notificationlayout.dll
Notificationlayout.dll.0409.mui
NtificationManager.dll
Notificationmanager.dll.0409.mui
NotificationRes.dll

Should I only delete the notificationmanager.dll?

I dont know anything about these files or what they do.

Rom is working almost flawlessly. But the old problem of the battery not charging unless its connected to the laptop has resurfaced again. I understand only a few people (if any others) are having this problem. Any fixes??

@ ModMyPPC,

To disable the Notification dropdown, you can try what's in this post. The person claims that it worked to disable it. I've not tried it, so I don't know.
