OK, just confirmed that the sound issue is now a non issue in the beta... Thanks for the good work Sharkie...

Anyone ever soft reset w/headphones plugged in and have no volume on startup? Is this normal stock roms as well? just curious. Easy fix, reset unplugged.

Seems like a night of revelations. Just noticed that text sounds don't go off while messages are still open. Normal? fluke? Too drunk to ever notice? LOL

I believe that's the way it's supposed to be. Like if you get a text and then go to the page when the text tone is still ringing, it will stop when you get to the page or a second thereafter. So, if you're already on the text page it will sound for a second only and then stop because it realizes that you're already aware (so to speak) that a text has been received since you're already in that page.

Thanks, makes sense. Always had it closed before after each text. Happened to leave it open tonight and noticed after the fact I had a semi important text. You know the kind, when the wife is texting and your not answering because your F$$King around on the web w/phone stuff!

BTW Sharkie, beta rom still running strong. Roamed all day yesterday visiting my parents and no problems just fyi.
