I second DavidinCT above. I am wondering the exact same thing. I just got my TP2 and would like to use the stock rom until I've cooked up something better. From what I read in the differences, the main difference between MR2 and MR3 is the radio. The radio has had some kind of security fix.

just use pc is is that not a option? are you unlocked?

just use pocket rar to extract the nbh if pc not a option.PocketPCFreeware : Pocket RAR 3.93

I can't run pocket anything right now and I tried opening the installer with 7zip and winrar and it's no go. I ran the installer and found the nbh in the temp folder in Win7 but it wouldn't let me copy it, it said it was in use. I tried a few different ways of ending the installer but with the exception of yanking the plug everytime I close it, it cleans up the files. I guess i'll have to flash to another rom and then this one.
