[Discontinued] Nega's HTC CP | Sense/SPB/WP7 | Roms: v3.5 | 4/12/2011

I apologize if this is a re-post... I attempted to find my answers by searching the thread to no avail.

I am on the Sprint network, and need to manually set the phone to roaming. Only option(s) I see are: Home only and Standard ... my Sprint signal where I am is spotty, but roaming works fine. How can I tell or set this to roaming only?

Also... how do I run the update (PRL) for local towers?

Thank You... so far this is an AMAZING ROM. Exactly what I having looking for.

WP7 3.5
1. roaming: in settings / Personal / Phone / CDMA services / roaming

2. settings / system / update PRL. (I just got a 407 error - probably busy.)

It's good we are getting close One more reg you should play with if you haven't already. Fast charge enable! see if disabling doesn't help. Just set it to zero

Most Roms will have this reg

Thanks for your continued efforts to help with this intermittent and charger/device specific charging problem.

Regarding the registry entries, some affected ROMS had the entries (Lead ROM) and some did not (Energy ROM). When I made the change, to set FastCharge to 0, there was no effect, the device would still not charge with my lower quality chargers.

I had previously installed and un-installed nue-battery and adjusted the fast charge toggle with no effect on a variety of ROMS.

I am not sure where this leaves the issue but it seems like the use of completely stock battery related drivers may be needed to assure that all TP2's will charge consistently.

Thanks again for all of your help and more importantly for your continued work to develop and perfect ROMs for this device.

3.5 sense seems fine - no probs - I'm watching that battery thing thinking maybe one of my 2 batteries is weak. Huge thanks for all your efforts!!!!

Using the SPB - 3.5 now. Is there a way to prevent the screen turned off during a game?

By the way, I was used WP7 3.5RC. Tow concerns with WP7 3.5RC:

1. Wifi-Route does not work
2. Not easy to dismiss a alarm (too many steps/taps needed).

Here try this cab for Wifi-Router: Tools - HTC Wifi-Router.cab
As long as your back-light is off (or S2U2 is locked) when the alarm sounds, it's as simple as a slide

Sorry for the late reply. Very Busy. You can play with the backlight settings to your taste. Not sure why the bighlight would turn off if your using the device
