Here's a good app that lets you organize items and refresh the start menu without having to reset. and doesn't throw your icons all around on start like reStart does.

Tools - Icon Changer.cab

Shortcut is located in Start Menu > Tools

Ok but it still show the words all messed up when i open uc web.

ok then the long version haha.

Uninstall. Delete UCWEB folder from \Program Files

See if this key exists after uninstall, if so, delete it.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UCWEB6]

Reset, Install, Reset.

Oh it's that second task manager, The task manager(1) it will replace the original soon.

Ok it was there and i deleted it restarting now.

WoW this is nuts still showing the crazy symbols instead of the words nega that didnt work either.
