This made my day! I've been desperately searching for the fastest rom I could find. This should fit the bill. One question though... I've never had to worry about this before this rom:

This means that you will need to have the correct Arcsoft and Keyboard configurations for your carrier.

I tried doing a search here and at XDA, but didn't find any dedicated threads for arcsoft or anything. I grabbed the arcsoft zip someone posted earlier in this thread, but is that working for Sprint? I've got a Sprint TP2, I never ran into this with other roms. Where do I get the keyboard configuration? Sorry for the annoyance.. just don't want to run into trouble down the road because I didn't put any thought into it before loading the rom. Thanks guys!

Arcsoft and keyboard cabs for USCC these were tested on my tp2 running xyc sqweaky clean rom and everything worked

I have used these cabs before but I don't see the need to use them on this rom. Everything seems to work out of the box!

@DaddyLongLegs it was recommended by rnhok82 you install ArkSwitch, which is a program that manages your tasks ur able to run it and close your open programs easily and info[]box1 posted a cab file, which can be found >here<

there is a tool folder in the Start Menu, then there is an icon for Quick Menu. Click that and Quick menu will take over the Windows Hard Key and there will be an arrow in the top left corner. Click it and it will show you progs running and you can close them from there. Play around with it, you can change the BG for it independently from the today and manila BG and use recently open progs or frequently used ones from there.

Thank you but when I click the tool folder in the start menu there are several things but Quick Menu is not there...
