Did not know that MaxSense was available yet. I am planning on DL'ing to see what's up. If remember correct there will a release to some chef's for building in a rom. So I don't know if I will get the chance. Going to flash after a download tonight, so lets see.

I know this is a lot of words without much information. But I'll keep looking.

I check the same erv file for the VZW Rom and it shows VC was included in the build. Are you sure it's not there?

Edit: Suntopper, V9.2 has the new updated Bing cab already installed.

FYI: I am going to update my with CHT 1.8 released today. If everyone is going to switch the BigMaxSense for testing or to stay with it. It will not hurt me much. I will stop crying in a day or two, maybe three. LOL

Let me know when you are ready for V9.3 with CHT 1.8 rom. And post here what you think of BigMaxSense. For now that will be the only rom available with BigMaxSense. So give it try and let know if it's worth it for me to stop building my own rom.

I tried BigMaxSense when it was first released. I didn't really like the way it flowed, etc but then I only gave it a couple of hours. I know it's been updated at least once since then. Once they get more users, I'm sure it will mature in a hurry. I know it's billed as the most customizable UI, but I'd rather have something I didn't have to work so hard on, LOL. I guess I'm just not ready for it yet. By no means am I bashing it.

Actually, I think NRG is releasing a maxsense rom as well.

OK, I'm losing it. I reflashed the VZW build and found VC. Last time, I went into personal settings and tried to open the VC settings. Nothing happened so I assumed it didn't have VC to open. Since I installed my VC cab, I reflashed to make sure. VC was there just fine. My mistake.

I read a post in the "[Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration" stating only one rom would have it. My rom works for me, so I will continue to expand it's looks with mods and anything else I can find info on. The EVO is looking good, but I am only 6 months into my contract. Thought about giving the wife my TP2 and getting an EVO. But they are still new and need the time to mature. 2.1 Android still has some minor problems. And I have some questions about battery life with it big 4.3 screen. Does any know if it's a LED or LCD screen. Maybe with 2.2 comes out I might look again. But I don't see anything that great about 4G. I don't do much surfing, read the cnn news and check the weather is about it for me. So you are stuck with me for a while longer. Flashing CHT 1.8 now, will check back later. [-o<

Currently flashing back to v3.2 to recollect the verizon.cab file (I should have known, a week after I clean up my pc I'd need the file again) From looking at the posts on the maxmanilla TW thread, v3.2 was the one that worked and when Calk went to the cab on v4 it didn't provision the kbd correctly. I think after that you went with TJelite's mms file.


WOW, finishing the flash and the wolves are back!

Edit: I installed the new bing and it found my location without error. So I'm thinking that cab will work. It won't for mms though and it doesn't program the favorites key so I guess I need to provision with three separate cabs or try to combine them.
