I've had it freeze up on me several times while closing explorer from q-menu. I found that if i minimize first then close it is fine. Also, I got my mms up. I ended up installing arcsoft 5.2.8.45. Thanks for your help and thanks for the great rom. I really like it.

What version are you using? If its the latest try a hard reset. I do remember that one of your roms had small text and I think its the one im on now (V8.3 sprint) but the text isn't small anymore. So try a hard reset and see if that fixes it.

Are you on v6.3 special sprint rom?

V7 and above he converted all quicklinks to have a dusk border. So even if you install cabs without the border once you make it a quicklink it adds the border. VERY COOL IDEA HE HAD it gives it a finished look.

the newer version also has the dusk theme dialer with matching colors to the theme of your liking.

I find it pretty interesting how I use to have to flash once a day to find a stable rom and now I just want to flash his new rooms because I want to see what is new haha I pretty much flash out of curiousity instead of need.

I was using version 7 for like 2 months before I decided to jump ship. I had it running the way I wanted everything was set up. I just got spoiled and wanted the dusk dialer. haha

This is the list of problems that I am working on. If all of you could add to the list, it would help stay on track with which issues I need to get fixed.

1. Larger text in start menu. (Done)
2. File explorer freezing. ( Not sure if I can do anything about that) maybe try a different task mananger.
3. Add Comm Manager shortcut to Utilities Folder.
4. Change Dusk control buttons to flash to grey instead of black.
5. Add color matching softkey bar and taskbar to theme cabs. Or would you prefer to have options to cab install different taskbar's by themself.
5. Fix HTC calc icon not showing as dusk button.
6. Minor issue with slide to answer on dialer display.
7. ? go to darker background on dial pad.
8. Change Green Dusk theme to a darker green. Need to know from anyone using the hot pink if it needs to be darker?
9. More color themes to add.
10. Make more background TSK files that will not change the color dusk buttons installed, just the picture. Please post pictures that you want as a background in the start menu. Pictures must be no smaller than 480x800 or larger.
11. XDA_UC installed in rom, I don't have the time to find out why it's not working. If someone could do some research to find what is needed for this to work. Per instructions where I downloaded the cab, you have to credit a operator config.txt on SDcard to run on 1st boot. Maybe I miss read that and you just need to create a shortcut to the rile to run post flash. Need help with this one.
12. Fix why bluetooth icon (top taskbar) not showing when BT is active. (Works for the Sprint Only rom, but not in the 23569 rom)

Please add to this list if I have not mentioned any other issues that you might be having.

1. Can we make the Quick Link Frames a little larger since they cut off a good portion of the icons? I still want 4 x 4 versus going to a 3 count.
2. Can you lose the words (All P... & Menu) on the dialer soft buttons since they are running off the buttons? Just being picky! Thanks.

Otherwise, my favorite ROM and battery is better than the competition with some mods running.

The only other thing would be a program built in that backs up all settings, Ringtones, tabs, quicklinks, etc. This makes flashing a breeze to your upgrades. A good way to keep people loyal as well. Another Chef has created this and built it into his Roms. I realize this can be done with XDA_UC but it is very hard to setup, at least for a Noob.

Again, thanks for a great Rom and great customer service.

1. Show me a picture, worth a thousand words! Or you saying you want the dusk frame that's placed over icons to give the framed look to have a larger hole in the middle. The size of the frame is fixed by manila 64x64, I don't think I can change that, but will see.
2. Maybe, will check and place it on the list.
3. What chef is backing what you stated above. So I can take a look at his/her rom.

Real quick, Ive noticed after i install the red dialer the talk button cuts off the star the 0, and the pound button. its overlapping it a little. No big deal but this can be fixed.

def +1 if the comm manager button is fixed, you cant even add it to the cookie home tab at all. have to go in through the settings page on the slide bar.

I reported this a while back, and it still does it from time to time. If file explorer is in your list of running programs, it will freeze up the phone if you try to end all of the programs. Even doing it with task manager it will freeze the phone sometimes. So I dont think it has to do with quick menu, it has to do with file explorer. even using ark switch back in the day(couple months ago) it did this also.

I attached a screen shot of quick link frames and how they trim the icons. It would be nice to enlarge the frames to cover the boxes showing and allow less icon trim. BUT just one opinion of many.

You will also see the slider issue I have with it dropping below the taskbar. It occurs on all roms so I would not say it is your problem. Just not sure why it happens or what program is causing it. Resolves with restarting Sense.

NRGZ28's new roms have the backup built in.
