This may not be a rom issue rather an issue with active sync on your computer. Maybe try restarting your computer. Or possibly reinstalling active sync, or repairing it under your control settings.

Of course! The problem started when I ran provisioning. I couldn't connect to the net but could make phone calls. Then I task29 reflash beta3 rom and still no dice before or after provisioning.

I doubt it, but maybe a bad d/l...
