For the locker, make sure you have BackPortrait.exe installed and you made need to change the customlockscreen dll and mui to lockscreen. I just ran into the same problem and when I looked at the original mini locker that's what the files were named. It's working for me now.

on 231xx line, it's called lockscreen already.

Press and hold the following 3 keys – Call, Hang Up, and power. Now, with all 3 of those buttons pressed, you need to take the stylus and press the reset button on the side of the phone

so does this new lockscreen actually have working notifications on the lockscreen like s2u2? I wouldn't mind using it if that functionality worked.
What I'll probably do is add the new lockscreen and if it don't work as expected, add the s2u2 as a cab.
