I just use Windows Explorer to Search for "*.lnk" in the SYS folder, then delete them all. Takes 15 seconds.

Question you sate problems with 23563, did you get the source files from the Roll-up DAG posted? I downloaded his pack used Dump Sorter and Mirrored Raid's(kitchen I am using) Previous SYS folder as a donor for layout matching, this worked great then ran his script to recmod the common files. I have been running since last night and it is running great for me. just curious If I am missing something that you have seen and I have not.

No sound from Sound and Display. Any tone selected will not show in Sounds & Notifications.

I updated some of my oem's last night, maybe that's the reason. Will put the old ones back in and see what happens.

if you are using the oem drivers from the sprint 6.5 dump, then you moved your ringers because they are dumped in the drivers folder in the kitchen. you'll have to copy them over from the older drivers folder.

Yeah, my first source was da_g. 23562 sucked, and 23563, i know for sure, was just an edited 23562. Phone itself acted strange, would wake up for a text message but wouldn't download it for 5 mins/ Phone would randomly go into airplane mode, yada yada. They posted several different things over at xda, aimed to help the sys. Mainly moving the commctl.dll from an older build, using da_g's patched shell32 and other items. Shouldn't have to do all that. Lastly, it seems like 23560 i got was 1000% better than either 62 or 63. So now, after gong backwards to 23560, i am getting 23563 in a .dio 1 week after it has been released. I will do a file compare on da_g's release, the release at htcpedia, and the one im gankin now and see if there is any difference.

May have just been a personal problem for me, and i usually like the 235xx line.

how do you search the folders??? I keep trying to find a way in windows 7, but I am coming up blank.

start/computer/kitchen/SYS/2xxxx/ and then in the upper right hand corner where it says search 2xxxx/ type in *.lnk

or just press ctrl+f and it will move your cursor up there.

No, I'm using Calk's 1.6R3 and build 23644 and 23645 and I get the same thing with both.

They are in the \OEM\Touch_Pro2\Common\OEMDrivers

i already do that, but sometimes when i get a new sys, i get excited and just drop it in the kitchen.. then realize that it has the lnks and have to go back and delete them. i was hoping for something that deletes them for me but welrope is gonna hook it up...

Ok did a rebuild of 23554 with same VK and everthing is fine, sound and all. What is it with 23644 and 45.

Anyone else do a rom with this xip's?
