It's the oddest thing, when I replaced the orange 1st set of progress bars in the OEM folder, I get no 1st progress bars on boot. My light blue ones I replaced the orange ones with don't even show. So I only have my 2nd set of progress bars showing. That's fine with me. It's not that I really care about them so much as I just couldn't stand the orange. Just odd is all...

Did you save them has ".bmp"s?

I just put ones above in EXTs and click true and they overwrite the bars in OEMdrivers or the runCC depending.

I've always wanted a 15 frame animation that could replace those bars (But it moves so slow)

Yeah, I did everything right and it even asked if I wanted to overwrite those files. It's like it overwrote them with blank files instead of mine. I tried it several times too.

It's not odd at all. Just sounds like you didn't replace the right files. Or didn't replace them late in the build.

Look at my posts of a week or 2 ago....

Hey guys, I need your help. It's a little off topic, I know. When trying to flash my phone last night, it the RUU got stuck at 0% and I can't get it to do anything more than that. It's still got the last ROM I flashed on it. If I turn it off and back on it's the last ROM flashed is still there, so it's not like I bricked it. But I can't flash anything. I've tried numerous RUUs and different ROMs and it's a no go. The PC recognizes the phone and it seems like everything's fine with my USB connection. It just won't flash a new ROM.

Any suggestions as to what I might try next? Hopefully someone in here as experienced this.

Flash from your SD card.....That might work.
