I tried this rom and was liking it so far, but something very strange happened that hasnt happened to me before. After I loaded all my standard apps and settings, I soft reset and all of a sudden all of my apps just dissapeared from my programs menu. They still showed up in remove programs list, but all programs menu shortcuts were gone. Just thought it was strange. Im not blaming your rom completely, I just cant figure out how it happened.

So, LEAD, what really is causing this problem? Is it the HSPL? I had the same issue as I wrote a few pages back and thought it was because I didnt use Task29. After using Task29 I stated that my phone was working once again and my apps were staying on my phone but after the 3-4th day my apps all disappeared again like before. Its like anything that shows up on the "Remove Programs" section gets uninstalled from the phone. All the ICONS will stay on the Start Menu but theres nothing there when you try to use them. I was on the initial HSPL release from way back when though. I had to stay away from this ROM for that reason because I need my programs and my phone functioning 100% since I use it for work. I keep checking daily though because I am waiting for a fix or something. I have LEAD ROM withdrawls because it is my favorite ROM, it is the CLEANEST/MOST STOCK ROM out there but since the 7/1 release everything went haywire for me.

Do you happen to have the previous ROM release because I got rid of it and no wish I had it because it was the most solid rom Ive had on my TP2.

By the way, I was using WM 6.5 Sprint Lite ROM, I will try again now that I have updated my HSPL to the latest. I just gotta go back to your ROM somehow cause there isnt one ROM out there that I like better than I did yours.

For some reason the 6.5.x stopped pulling my FB pictures to my contacts entirely and now I get an avatar with the FB logo on the bottom

I hear it's partially the HardSPL not being compatible with the new kernal, but I have had no problems like this so far. I have now revamped the entire kitchen and cleaned up everything that might be a possible cause of the problem, so give me some time to test it out and hopefully you'll find a good release coming soon.

Hmmm, I'll look into that when I'm done with 6.5.

Take your time buddy. Just wanted to say how nice the rom is running now..I've always been against using S2U2 cause it was a ram sucker..but even with it on your rom- I hover around 60ish% throughout the day

Well, I had to completely stop using LEAD ROM, after testing again when I updated my HardSPL to the latest, after running Task29 twice before flashing, and then flashing to LEAD 6.5 Sprint Lite after two days of running smoothly my phone partially Hard Reset itself again. It created a few files on the root device folder called "File Check.sys" or something like that, created a 15 of them actually numbered from 1 - 15. I noticed it did the same before. It seems to not like it when installed apps change values in the registry because this time around, when the issue appeared, it didnt uninstall my programs from post-flash, but it reset my Registry back to original values you get after flashing the ROM, which rendered some of my apps useless and or made me customize all my setting again on every single app I had installed.

Not sure if any of this info helps out but I forgot to pull the files it created when it did happen so I forgot the exact name of the files it created and its been about a week since I flashed to something else. Im running Mr. X 6.5 ROM at the moment with all the same apps I have been running on LEAD on previous and current builds and havent had a hiccup since. I still would rather run LEAD ROM but cant have it messing with my phone in the middle of the day while working on my phone.
