Well, I had to completely stop using LEAD ROM, after testing again when I updated my HardSPL to the latest, after running Task29 twice before flashing, and then flashing to LEAD 6.5 Sprint Lite after two days of running smoothly my phone partially Hard Reset itself again. It created a few files on the root device folder called "File Check.sys" or something like that, created a 15 of them actually numbered from 1 - 15. I noticed it did the same before. It seems to not like it when installed apps change values in the registry because this time around, when the issue appeared, it didnt uninstall my programs from post-flash, but it reset my Registry back to original values you get after flashing the ROM, which rendered some of my apps useless and or made me customize all my setting again on every single app I had installed.

Not sure if any of this info helps out but I forgot to pull the files it created when it did happen so I forgot the exact name of the files it created and its been about a week since I flashed to something else. Im running Mr. X 6.5 ROM at the moment with all the same apps I have been running on LEAD on previous and current builds and havent had a hiccup since. I still would rather run LEAD ROM but cant have it messing with my phone in the middle of the day while working on my phone.
