There have been several times where I have turned off my phone with the power button, and after a couple of min try to turn it back on. The screen will not come back on and I have to soft reset. Everything if fine after that. This has happened to me maybe 10 times in the past 2 weeks, most of them on on certain day, but several times before and after that... Anyone else had a similar experience? Running the Sprint lite version...

if you're overclocking this can cause that to happen.

Just a thought for future updates/releases.... how about trying to cook up a (Sprint) rom that has the 16 quick links and the RSS widget that a few other chefs have? Maybe I'm just a n00b but I can't figure out how to get those on your roms, and I prefer the stock appearance of your rom compared to the others out there.

Not sure regarding the RSS but you can add 16 quicklinks using Santods cab

I do have the OCT installed but normally do not run it as I forget to turn it on. Does simply having it installed cause that same effect?

Thanks for the tip! I got ti to work and still lock stock with the 1922 R2 version!

Dunno, I use MSM7K and OC Auto 4.2

[EDIT]: I've now been on this ROM for over a month and haven't had the hard reset of death that wipes active sync content. Kudos to you LEAD on fixing that troubling issue once and for all!

I'm new to the TP2 and your 6.5 ROM is great. Clean, stable and lots of memory. I couldn't imagine adding OC...but I probably will in the future.

I just loaded 6.5.x for the heck of it because that's what flash junkies do. Check out the storage available (232.55mb) after the flash. The program memory (88.89mb) has only ActiveSync & MyMoblier running. That's sweet! Thanks for your hard work.

which is the correct link to download the LEAD Rom? I tried both the Sprint and multicarrier ROM links on page 1 but the download link leads to a malware/virus site and I am getting a warning about that. Tried on different pages

Hi folks,
First of the LEAD ROM is great...however? I downloaded the Sprint version and I also downloaded and installed the OZ SMS cab file. I can successfully text words, but I am unsuccessfull in sending pictures.... I send them but they just simply do not arrive to the recipient phone? Back when I use to use the MightyROM, when you install the SMS cab for Mightyrom.... you also had to change the settings...do you also need to change the settings when you install the LEAD OZ SMS cab.? If so what is it?

What if I remove the lead OZ SMS and installed the Sprint Arcsoft MMS 5.0.82.79.cab and followed the settings would it work? Or would I risk messing something up?

Well I could not wait so I removed the OZ SMS cab and installed the Arcsoft cab and settings and it did not work......So then I decided to remove the Arcsoft cab and by doing so it worked.....I think I know what I did....when I installed the Sprint LEAD ROM..I also intalled the the OZ SMS cab....by doing so maybe I duplicated efforts due to the Sprint LEAD ROM maybe already had SMS loaded in it? Or maybe the settings that I entered when I loaded the ARC SOFT SMS cab did it...I noticed those settings are still there.....I dont know, but at least it works now..cheers!
