Been really busy the last 2 days. Did see that the new version dropped today. Will be working it in this week. Looks like I will be swamped till about Wed but I will do my best. Still trying to get the "Clean" unthemed ROMs launched but haven't had time to finish them.

using 4-30 and am also seeing a battery drain I hadn't seen with previous releases. Also can't use any wallpaper but the Animated ones, is that known? I thought I had read that would be fixed with this ROM, not a huge issue but with the white date text on the home screen it's tough to read the dates of appointments without a background.
Been having display issues turning on and getting the home screen to display, sometimes I get the top and bottom bars but the rest of the screen is black. If I hit the start menu it comes up then I can cancel and get the home screen fine.
Like the new startup screens and absense of the audio (cool as it was). Just finished setting it back up so not sure how quickly I'll put the 5-3 ROM on. Nice work.

USE THIS TO CHANGE WALLPAPER WITH GTX ROMS!!! not once have i ever had a single issue with it!! please post if it works as it's in my xda_uc folder and im sure this is the cab that works but need somebody to confirm so if this doesn't i can see which cab it is in the folder that enables me to do so

ok, newby question. Just flashed 5/3/10v2 and was playing around with setup. Changed wallpaper by mistake and can't get it back to default white/black. oops!

On the hometab, menu, edit home tab layout. Press and hold on the clock and click next to choose your clock

like the PM! actually my favorite yet. only problem is the text needs changed to white on the Manilla Screen. Black text on black background doesnt work too well. also headers (home, messages, web, mail, documents, etc) need changed to a darker color. white on whitishgrey doesnt show up very well.

Menu, Cookies Home Tab Editor, Menu and the "Restore Defaults".

Went ahead and updated to 5/30 PM, I'm a sucker for the new stuff. And so far me likey!
The lock screen seemes to be working much better for me. Had to install cab to get wallpaper changed but so far that's it.


P.S. - completely off topic but it seems no matter how many times I change my profile pic in the control panel it doesn't add it to my posts. Quite annoying.

menu, home wallpaper, weather wallpaper, albums, all. choose the black wallpaper. soft reset.

thats what i did and it works!

hardreset seems to fix it as well.

@mr_shields ywith the icon changer in tools folder jwmd icon changer (you have to have the icons on ur sd card or on your device in order for it to work)

ROM seems to be working well, it did lock up on me when I turned it on this morning, sounds were working as well as the display button but the UI didn't respond to touch. Had to soft boot. Working fine otherwise.

ive had a problem when flashing this rom to another phone.

it locked up during the customization the first time, soft reset and everything went through fine. flashed my buddies rom and it did the same exact thing.

other than that , everything runs smooth! this one runs a heck of alot smoother than your (AM)GTXYC build. keep up the good work!

Apparently V2 of 5-3 has no white background cooked in. You will want to find your own wall paper. Benefit to this - BG4All works on this version.

Weird thing happened. Left the phone on all night charging, woke up, unplugged and looked at it. The icon shows the battery at 71%. I go into the power settings and it says 100%. Now several hours later it still says 71%. Odd. Just did a soft reboot, and it started at 100% and over a few seconds slowing is going down to 96% which is what the power setting says it is. Not a big deal, just a weird occurance.

not dead lol but having back read all 3 rom threads you may want to throw a bug in the roms :evil4: so we can make post lol,kinda hard for me too.......hmmm let me list my issues

1. no app to wash clothes on tuesday!! :bs:
2. lack of issues,SOD, and freezes :bs:
3. whats with the white theme?? really? :bs:


lol seriously out of all 3 roms i have to do only 1 thing,and thats install a cab for mms,i realize myself i don't post nowhere as much as i used to to explaining fixes and ect.,but mostly to thank for updates and ect. you make a damn good rom man and i know ppl are here on the thread everyday but when things run this good i can see why ppl have not been posting,gotta have the problem to fix it,just my 2 cents on it

For realls. this theme is the bomb! only problems i am having are directly related to GTX itself. lock screen just frustrated me, so i started using S2U2 again. now if i can only get a GTX themed S2U2 theme, id be golden!

This rom is amazing! nrg's gtx rom looked nice but was laggy like crazy. this rom has no lag.
is there any reason why you took out arkswitch and htc notify manager?
