Ok, I've been watching this thread since the hour it was posted (because I am extremely excited for max sense), so i figured I would try BigCo0kie. For the fist couple hours of use it was fantastic, probably the fastest cookie i have ever used.

but, i woke up this morning and right away had a completely different experience. For they the last half day my phone hasn't worked well for more than minutes. The rom has locked up (and needed a soft reset) at least 8 times today. Almost no programs are working and the task bar stays viable while programs are running. Opera 10 final, Opera Mini 5, Skyfire, Coreplayer, Arktask and WVD all do not work. Opening Arktask causes the phone to freeze on a white screen.

(no, i am not a n00b and yes i always hard reset after flashing)

Not sure what the problem could be.. i have been using the same ROM on my personal device and have experienced nothing like what you are describing... might try to flash stock ROM first...

anyone else experiencing this?

Great ROM BIG,
I have the same problem. I went from stock ROM and hard rest after flashing.
It would last for about 3 or 4 hrs and freez, no cab's installed. I hit the soft rest button and would loose everything on my phone. Im on Sprint.
Oh, I also did the flash dance ( reflashing multiple times ) did not work.
Im waiting for your update this week to give it another go.
