sure, you have quicklinks on the home page and swiping down. tap on a qlink to setup, and select Weather Animation on/off shortcut. Then tap it again on the screen and this toggles weather on and off

FYI...the CHT Editor isn't installed on this latest ROM as well. When I try to access it, it throws up an error message.

usually, the reg key is located in hklm\system\gwe\menu\cuihandler, but that key was missing, and creating it didn't do anything.

it's working for me.. it's in your windows programs list so you can remove or install on top of.. should fix it.

had this problem before with another user.. personally not experiencing problem and all i use is my ROM... does a soft reset fix it?

Yup, but not just in sense, but also in other apps. I think it's called htc menu enhancement
If it was removed in favor of wm's default menu, could you tell me how I could get the enhanced menu back?

And how's the taskbar coming along? Is there a way to just add htc notification via cab?

OK so I may jinx myself. I flashed the new ROM yesterday for the first time. I had tried other and twice thought I found the one for me. However I had GPS isses with one and problems with text messages coming in on the other. Well over a day and a half and NO issues with this ROM. It is fast, great memory and good battery life. I have all my apps on this and set it up the way I like and my phone has never worked better. Great work on this.

One question, is there a reason why the default internet is IE and not Opera? Not that it bothers me, just something different. I looked through the thread and could not find anything about this.

I am done looking, until MaxManila comes out, those screens look sweet.

i updated opera and forgot to add the entry to set it as default

One other problem I seem to be having is when setting up an Outlook Mail account. It won't let me enter any information in the 'Domain: Field'.

So I can't setup the account, Any other ways to setup an outlook account?

Check the username field. Windows takes the email address that you entered on the previous screen and prefills it for you in the username field. Just delete the @domain.com from that field and the domain field becomes enabled.

This is not specific to this rom.
