oh i see. It only ask for a serial number to start... i hit trial and it never reminds me to purchase... maybe that's because i am flashing ROM's many times throughout day?

I'm guessing so, but I'm like you and I've never run it long enough to find out. I usually just install the HTC Wifi Router cab and use it.

One bug I found, is when trying to send a text message form my favorites contacts, I select the person and then select send message and it goes to a blank screen with the messages tab selected, but does not go into the message type area. This is with 21899

That is because i did not include HTC Messaging. when you go through fav contacts it tries to pull up HTC messaging and it's not there.

Your rom is nice very nice...... wm wi fi router is not as good as the HTC wifi router... HTC is fast, painless... and works... just not with your rom....

I am noticing something odd with MMS on 23599 BigCo0kie.
I can send MMS just fine and I can receive other MMS just fine.

But, if I send an MMS and someone replies, instead of getting the text I get HTML headers.

For instance, I sent a picture to a friend, and he replied back something like "nice pic".
But instead of getting that message I got "Content-Type:text/plain; name=1271878682860.plain; charset=utf-8"

Any ideas?
I have tested this with two different friends on two different carriers and had the same results from both.

i tested by sending pic mms to wife's phone, sent txt back to my phone... it worked fine....

is this what you can't do? or are they replying back as pic msg?

If this rom/new UI isnt just the sh1t then im going to feel pretty upset. After all ive been waitn for the release since the thread first started. Not to mention all the hype about the MaxSense rom. All the pics and videos look awesome so why not a release yet. Dont get me wrong i love a bug free, fast, stable rom with no lag on anything, and thats what i hope this rom is for me. It looks like it should be. I cant wait for the release. Especially if it is faster and more stable than the new Sense 2.5 roms and thats hard to beat. This rom looks like its going to change the way roms are cooked forever if its as stable and fast as it sounds. it sounds near perfect.

It will be released when it is done, thats it. No sooner or later or etc.....
Just be grateful and positive that people are taking time out of their lives to work/develop something free for everyone to use.

You can find it lots of places...but It is really slow and buggy for my taste.

NICE.....I love the Black themes I'm not into all the different color themes...I like black taskbars, sliders & icons, and black backgrounds and dialers...makes the phone look stylish and elegant! That's why I love the rom you are working on! Thx for sharing your task bar

Big, if I want to stop using ArkSwitch and start using HTC Task Manager, is it as simple as uninstalling Ark and installing the HTC TM? Just checking that there aren't additional settings/regedits or anything.

2minor issues,font thats used borked up any keyboard i installed,no biggie and i been having issues with arkswitch,can open but it opens to just a blank screen yet you can still select the blank spots and kill apps :scratch: anybody else?

Yeah it can be a pain and I guess I have just gotten used to it...
What I do is just add WinMo messaging as one of my quick links on homescreen.....then I use conversation style...so it really isnt that bad because everyone I have text or have text conversation with is right there.....one click away....so it isnt to bad :)
