CFC is when the images in Sense are compressed which will decrease the size of Sense and at the same time speed it up.

Exactly. Without CFC compression, the manila packages total about 87.4MB on hard disk before being cooked. After being compressed, they are roughly 54MB. Although the kitchen compresses the files during cooking, the actual image files are now compressed which gives you more free memory as well as faster manila speed.

wow, Chris this looks too good to pass up. Gonna try it out today. May I ask what the difference in available memory is now? I assume it probably reduced to the high 50's% on average.

You should see a slight reduction in memory and also ~4-5mb more free storage.
