I have hard reset again and it seems ok now.

This is what was happening... (3 time in a row)

I sync all of my data and the dialer runs fine. I then load V.C. and set up my quick links and people and everything seems to work fine. Once I have everything set up the next time it tries to sync it says that there are changes on the server that require it to resync everything. (support code 0x8600050D) When i select yes to resync it is "looking for changes" forever. I then have to stop the sync and start it over again. Once it resync's the phone dialer does not launch properly. When I hit the hard key or soft key for the phone the header loads with a couple of previously dialed #'s but the actual dialer / digits do not appear. The home screen still appears in the lower half of the screen...
