I'll try to cab up a fix so I don't have to release another ROM just for that.

Shut down Sense and tried to install but got a permission error. Any ideas?

Yes...go into Arkswitch then swipe the screen to the left to get to processes. Click on cprog.exe then hit kill and try to reinstall.
