the problem was in the taskbar i reverted to 3.15 it fixed it but i need to post the cab i was using to ext

i do have issues with the carier generic ext it brekes my theme taskbar and a few other things i cant rember oh yea mms sms

thats easy, you have outdated dll's in the taskbar. should be the outres.192 and tapres.192 iirc. you need to update them with the new icons from the new builds of windows using restorator or similar. or post a link to the taskbar and i will do it for you
