I know this is such a newb question but how do I remove the nfl and nascar tv apps?

they are built into the rom, if it will let you , you can try manually removing them.

There is no uninstall. Sorry

No offense but your not wasting any space by keeping them there. You can go to Windows>start menu>programs> and delete the .lnk from there and atleast you wont have to look at the icon anymore. I have an 8 GB storage card so I am not that worried about space. I acually use all the Sprint apps on custom roms......
