looks like the leo dialer is causing problems... its bigger buttons but has the scroll bar... if you open the slider then close it, it fixes it every time.. very odd...


Edit: recooking all the roms, i included the wrong comm manager, and now wifi and bluetooth doesnt work.. will re up soon as i have it fixed.. also removing the leo dialer until i can fix the scroll bar issue...

sweet! im really lovin tmartins rom atm, but i think i wanna try your's out as well jus to see the eye candy, plus his new rom has gtx, which i heard sucks up battery.
the 21653 sounds sweet. lets see if it holds up to standards. lol
also, do these have XDA_UC cooked in?

Downloaded and installed the ROM at work. Actually I chose your ROM because the rest I tried directed me to a website that is blocked. I like the Rom, but how do you put more favorites on the front? or a programs tab... But it is really good and fast rom.... :headbang:

is there anyway to get rid of the stealth slider? I really am not a fan, but otherwise lovin the rom!

sorry the stealth slider is cooked in, not sure if it can be disabled... let me cab search for you

Santod made a cab to remove the stealth slider for one of his mods, and it works fine on Icey's. Here is the link for the page over at XDA. It's towards the bottom.

I would definitely go ahead and cook it in, its starting to get customary, and its a great way to back up ur homescreen for us noobs :grin:. also, its kinda nice having the option to back up and export settings whenever you like, and also the swiping option is nice as well.

sorry, i havent used 6.1 since my diamond came stock with it...lol i may be able to whip something up just for you though cause i am not fond of 2.1 or 6.1

:scratch: I had a puzzle today, I went to send a txt but it said my sim card was not installed. :dontknow: I deleted the txt and wrote a new one. The second worked like a charm. Not sure what happened, last time I put a sim card in there I couldn't even send a txt. (It was a unregistered AT&T card.)

i have never heard of that... you may try pulling the sim card and replacing it... very interesting... :-?

Well, I really don't need a sims card. USCC is a CDMA carrier. But on some custom ROM's the missing SIM card icon is on top. I bought an unused ATT SIM card and put it in there. When I went back to Stock for a few days I noticed that I could not send txt anymore. I had USCC replace the phone because if it. (Mainly because I forgot about putting it in there. And when the new one came, I put the SIM card back in and I still couldn't text. So USCC was going to send another phone. Then I took the SIM card out and all worked fine, had to call USCC to cancel the other phone.) But I did a soft reset and so far all is cool. :grin:

Some issues:
my call history is not showing up on the 23116 rom, whenever i press talk hardware key to bring it up, i dont get recently dialed contacts , just ALL my contacts. Even using Cookie Hometab 1.7.1, it takes me to the call history tab, but nothing shows up, so i never know who called me if i missed it. =( Also, the dialer is really slow to pop up, not 911 friendly at all. I rmbr energy saying one time that he compressed the dialer so that it would show up faster, any idea how to do that icey? Itd be nice to cook it in for the next drop maybe.

i am downloading that one now to test out. mine didnt have that problem. let me mess with it and ill shoot you a new link to test for me...

Yes, white background looks too much like stock!!! My favorite is useally transparent background with silver metallic numbers. :grin:

grr dude. still having issues with the dialer not displaying properly. Only recently dialed contacts come up, no actual numbers half the time. any idea what could be causing this?

FYI, Opera mini or 10 really are the pits on this ROM. Always seem to be out of memory or it says cookies are disabled, but I check the settings and I have it to allow cookies. Oh well, did the task29 and am loading Big Cookie ROM, will try your new one when you release it. :headbang:

P.S. For some dumb reason I could not get that ROM to run right. Plus not liking the missing SIM card icon on top. So I reloaded ICE.
