Im not sure what happened to them, but when i went to access them and see if the sound worked they were both gone.Im gona try and see if i can find them on my sdcard from my laptop.i tried my laptop and they are gone some how.i wish i wouldve made copies,they were really fun/good videos and id like em back,but im sure there probly gone.oh well,i seriously doubt its the rom. im sure i did something stupid and just dont realize whatever i did,It has to be me just because everything else is still there;pics,cabs,zips,custom icons,pim backup,everything but the 2 videos???anyways V11 w CHT is excellent,very fast, lots of extra ram/memory compared with previous rom builds,even more memory than 10.1 and it even seems a little faster with CHT cooked in.and the slider is still an absolute rocket,but i would like to reposition the slider tabs.thats really my only other problem so far with V11.Is it just me and shud i reflash or has anyone else experienced this issue?Id like to know before i do a hard-reset or reflash and hard-reset.Great rom tho. I love it.Its so close to perfect now.just a cpl minor issues and none of them really anything serious. Just the ## dialer codes and lower tab arrangement problem,mayb if i remove my custom slider and try to rearrange the tabs.oh well nothin serious.Thanks again for anothr great rom. and great work again.
One last question,how do u turn on the homescreen weather animations?

Disable Manila, and delete Manilafull.xml in your windows folder after rearrainging the home tab. Then restart your device, to see if it did the trick. CHT might have something to do with not allowing to move those tabs.
Homescreen weather can be turned on under utilities>tweaks>tweaks. Start the script, and goto sense2.5. You should be seeing an option there.
Not sure what happened with the dialer thing! None of the epst was changed from 10.1 to 11.
I am looking into the video issue now.
