btw before I do it, if I install opera 10 will it just overwrite the 9.7 thats cooked in? I seem to remember trying it on a rom on my diamond and got stuck with 2 operas

Are you refering to the contacts fix or did you use the cab to install the FB tab itself?

Im not sure because its cooked into the crusader rom, however I can tell you that mine is working fine so its not on FB's end like twitter.

No, I am not referring to the contacts feature; I'm referring to the FB tab. I can use the FB app with no problem, but the tab is not working.

Facebook tab works well for me as well. Try authorizing again.

It will not overwrite 9.7. You will have both the browsers...;)

Are you doing it thru the internal auth or thru the browser? Mine works thru the browser.

This ROM in my opinion is the only one that materializes the true meaning of what Updates are suppose to be like. All the others I have tried seem to release updates that are actually worst than the one before. However, Chef ai6908 manages to always improve his ROMs for the better.
I have been reading comments of an update that might be coming our way and frankly I am not sure if I will want to update.
Because Crusader 6 is the perfect blend of Stability, Fluidity, Responsiveness, Smoothness and Best Battery Life of all the previous Crusader releases ever. I think this one is it for me and strongly doubt that I would want to update. Personally, I wonder if it can get any better than that. However, I do speak with reservation cause being familiar with Chef`s work I suspect that one might very well be a continuity of his trend of improvement and excellency.

I am not sure if the internal auth works on some hardware/software combos or not, but I have never been able to get it to work on any rom I have tried. Browser always works though.

Sorry for filling up your thread with a totally useless post,
but I just have to say that this is really a great ROM. Running very smoothly.

Edit: Correction, the USB data tethering isn't working. I actually use this alot so it's kinda important but I still give the ROM high marks for everything else.

Flashed to Co0kie V24 today. Found 2 problems.
1. Tether through USB is not working. Searched this thread, and did not find solution. Anybody knows how to make it working?
2. This is a minor problem. The contact (I think this is MS contacts) list does not go to the names start with the letter you click on the right side of the list, except letter i. Try to create a speed dial, you will find out this problem. The Sense All People tab contact list (HTC version) works correctly. Anyone know a working copy of MS contacts program?

Hi AI,

I like your rom especially on the low memory usage after initial installation. I have a problem with Navigon navigation system. Navigon is running on landscape mode on TP2. When I start it up from start menu, it runs correctly. But if I start it from CHT quick link or link in programs tab, it will switch to portrait mode. But Navigon cannot run in portrait mode, so only half of the screen can be seen.
What do you think could cause this problem?

Some time the screen scrolling is slow. Would reduce the icon size improve the graphic display performance?

Anybody else losing data connection with the latest build? It could be the latest USCC default radio I'm using, but I'd thought I'd ask before I'd call it a bug.

i did on an earlier build, but I rectified that by putting my MSID in the password loaction on the connection's setting.

I hope whatever the situation may be, it gets sorted out soon for you.
The Caller ID feature I am referring to is something I noticed from the stock ROM which displays the name of the City of any incoming calls. I was wondering if that could be enabled on the crusader rom.

I have been looking for a good rom that gives me good features and battery life.. i think i found it. i saw a msg in different thread about this rom... downloaded it last night.. so far i am loving it.. thanks for the hardwork :)
