not sure, but there may be something up with sms.
from sms tab I can send and receive fine and the correct # of messages show up, but if the sender initiated the sms thread, it will show up on the sms tab but no sound notification will play.

If the recipient REPYS to my message from "all messages" "excuse me boss" plays and I get the message in "all messages" but it does not show up as a received message from the sms tab.
do you think the disable htc messaging will keep the new threaded style messaging?

used the disable htc messaging so I keep the new threaded style---"excuse me boss" plays, but there is no # of unread sms on messaging tab. prob a reg exit somewhere for it----Numb5kull, any ideas??

RSTG-if you're not seeing any of these "issues" don't worry about it...using this as a super stable base for ms 3.5.3 The only real issue I'm having is with lockscreen--not sure if its a lockscreen changer issue or if its a mapped key issue. The only way I can force the phone to lock (instead of waiting for it to time out--which also is a prob since I am on an exchange that mandates lockscreen) it to long-hold power button then tap the lock icon--try it and you'll see that its not ideal. not interested in s2u2, stock locker works great....when it's working.

Who else here would like to see the CoOkieMonster home tab in this ROM? I love the ROM but its so loaded with stuff and the 20 links home tab does not do justice.. I think that this ROM would benefit heavily from the this mod. I did install this mod on current version but I get a white box under the start menu on all tabs but the home tab..My 2 cents.

remove your bg4all and install this instead...and the editor is used instead of reg edits----obviously got these from cookie's site

It's in my contract, I can only do regedits... lol and thanks, check it out when I get home....

Yes, cookie monster was found this morning and will be installed when I get home. Now on the main screen, you scroll up to get to the launcher, then left/right for more laucher icons. If you scroll up again, what's the blank space for? Can't get to xda from here....

works with the above 2 cabs (bg4all with RSTG's rom, and the program to tweek cookies)
