For you maybe you can setup a GMail account and use active sync with gmail, really easy to setup, google it lol. If you don't get the problem maybe it has to do with your server/account your syncing with strange as I have never once had an issue like your describing.
Well, funny thing is that we are actually moving our system over to Google Apps and will eventually drop the exchange server. It's just been a slow process as their are some public folder uses that I can't replicate via Google.

It is definitely strange. I appreciate you taking the time to try and work through it.

great rom and trying it out. one question i have is when entering text in the body of the MMS, the font changes to tribal or Halloween type and wanted to see if there is a way to change it.

so i messed up some how when flashing to this rom from another custom rom but idk how, it worked on the first load up after i flashed but then i forgot to put the battery cover on afta i had finished so it fell out and when i put the battery back in and tried to start it up it only stays in the first screen that says touch pro 2, can i get some help please n thanks

I would first do a Task 29 (kind of like a format). See this Thread:

To put your TP2 into flash mode without being able to boot, pull the battery. Wait a few seconds, put the battery back in but don't turn it on. Press and hold Volume down and Power at the same time. Boot screen will come up and THEN plug in USB cable. You should be able to flash any rom from that point.

Just put it in boot loader, and flash again. To put it in bootloader: Press down and hold vol key, and push reset. It will go in bootloader.

I tried that and when i reflash it is fine until i restart my phone and then it just stays on the first screen, its like once i restart the phone it just erases the rom im very confused

try flashing the official stock rom, on second boot do a clear storage from start settings system. Let it cycle again then flash my rom.

still having the auto complete issue with the latest Baseline rom. Otherwise it's working smooth.
