Love the ROM but having a terrible time with ActiveSync. I have double checked my settings but everytime it goes to sync it immediatly stops. The result in the status menu is "You have stopped the last synchronization." I did not however stop it. I have tried resetting and reconfiguring. Have any changes been made to the standard Outlook configuration? Thanks for the help in advance.

I just synced my whole phone without a hitch using AcitveSync. Make sure you're using the latest version from Microsoft's website. I use Windows 7 Ultimate and have Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 installed on my machine and all is working well. Nothing has been changed in Outlook or with ActiveSync on the new ROM.

ok , I got the 2/24 latest rom installed.
Opera has grayed out box in reply section.

So I cannot reply to any posts

Hard reset no help.
Reinstallation of opera not help.
Installing flash no help either.

Had to install an Opera Mod cab, posting now:
EDIT: REMOVED CAB DUE TO REASONS POSTED BELOW.
Thank you Chris1683 for fast response. =D>

The problem has been resolved by doing the following:
1: Open Opera
2: In the address bar, type the follwing: opera:config
3: In the Preferences Editor Menu address bar, type: custom user agent
4: Change where is says MSIE 6.0 to 5.01

So the entire Custom User Agent should be:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows CE; IEMobile 8.12; MSIEMobile6.0) Sprint T7380

*I do not recommend using the posted fix above as it will cause issues with webpage viewing and will also eliminate using the Sprint Home Page*

The ROM is working out well for me so far, however this morning I noticed Outlook Notes is not syncing via Active Sync. Also the "Notes" option is disabled in the Active Sync option.

I remember seeing this problem in a previous ROM and someone mentioned it may be due to Office 2010.

I finally got this working right. I was reading way too much into this then figured out I only had to change the number 6.0 to 5.01! I'm slow today.

I just synced some files again and all went well. Notes is not "disabled" it is just unchecked.

FROM XDA SITE: "Are you running Outlook 2010 on a 64 bit operating system by chance? If so, the Mobile Device Center won't work. I was searching about this all morning."

This is the first windows 6.5 that has the DRM working. I think it is very smooth and working perfectly for me.

ROM is looking good so far. Been running smooth for the last 24hrs+. Any way I can make the weather animations work with every wallpaper. Or I guess I can overwrite the default wallpaper.

YouTube doesn't seem to be displaying well in landscape mode when I slide the keyboard out... perhaps it's just me, but that's the only fault I see so far with this latest iteration.

When it comes to animating a wallpaper other than the default you have two choices:

1: You can add an entirely new manila wallpaper which consists of 4 manila files. This will keep the weather animations fast and smooth for all animations (such as rain, and snow)

2: You can install the CAB below to have weather animation on ANY background you choose, but be advised that some animations may appear slow on custom wallpapers (the wiper blade, snow falling etc.)

*The background cab's below will change your DEFAULT manila background. I also added the stock manila 2.1 background in case you want to switch back.

Ah I see what you mean. It is the Youtube client itself (this one doesn't support keyboard landscape). I am going to build another test ROM shortly with the YouTube client which supports landscape and also add back in the original Office to see if those who had any outlook sync problems see a difference.

Just tried this. Youtube was almost unusable in landscape. Would've never caught this as I don't use it very often. Would like to try a new test build though. Thanks for the cabs Chris.

Right now I am able to fully sync Contacts, E-Mail, Calendar and Tasks through Outlook 2007. Notes, Files, and Mobile Favorites I am working on.

UPDATE:
ActiveSync issue has been resolved. Expect an updated release by tomorrow.

Thanks.

You have to tap the clock on the homescreen and then select the local city you are using. You should see that the times are displayed correctly for each one. I have New York, NY at 8:15pm, and Palmdale, CA at 5:15pm. The clock only displays the time for whatever location you have chosen from the clock.

Thanks.

This build is holding a little more than usual, but I use sktools to free RAM.

Guys, before you post a potential problem you need should hard reset and see if the problem still exists before you install any third party applications.

Re: [3.01.10] [SPRINT LOVER'S ROM] |Windows Mobile 6.5 | Build 21884 | Organized Menu

I love this rom but was wondering about a couple of things. What is the deal with the battery drain? I did some light texting and surfing the web and I'm down to 50% from a full charge whereas on the stock rom I could text all day and surf the web for a considerable amount of time and would just get to about 50% at that point.

The other question I have is I noticed that I can't see my MMS's on the updated version in my Inbox. I believe it was there when I flashed the last version but this one does not show up at all. If I go to the sent items I can see the MMS I sent.

I'm going to flash back to the version before the update to verify that they were both in the same thread.

One other thing, where is the MP3 Trimmer? These are all light issues but overall great job on the rom and I have already donated to a worthy effort.

Re: [3.01.10] [SPRINT LOVER'S ROM] |Windows Mobile 6.5 | Build 21884 | Organized Menu

Nevermind the MMS question. I was looking in Windows SMS/MMS and not Manila SMS/MMS. The battery drain issue is a concern though. The MP3 Trimmer I found a cab for so that's all good. I did, however, reflash the version previous to this one as I had better battery life on that rom than the current one.

As far as battery is concerned, nothing has changed from the previous version which would impact battery life such as what you described. I have been using mine heavily for 8 hours (MMS, Texting, Internet, and a few Youtube videos) and I am still at 60%.

It was probably something I installed so I'll reflash the latest version and go from there. Thanks for the speedy response and once again great job on the rom.

great work on the rom sir. but is there a cab fix to allow you to go to the text screen by pressing the icon in the contact menue. if someone sends me a text and i hit reply, it takes me to the selector screen to choose weather to send a email text or picture mail.
