I don't use data, but voice, texts are working on my sprint tp2 now, using MalROM and the latest Radio.

if you set it to Global, it connects to CDMA first.

if you set it to CDMA, it only connects to CDMA (duh)

if you set it to GSM Only, well fúck me, it will only connect to GSM.

1. like Olipro said, the phone defaults to CDMA
2. if you are on a CDMA call, the phone is on a CDMA network, and NOT on a GSM network, therefore if you get a call on your GSM number, that call will go straight to voicemail
3. the Sprint SIM is for international "Sprint GSM" towers, it does nothing in the USA.

didn't have a problem with the 1.96.00, but flashed the 1.96.10wu anyways. good job olipro, no more switching to manual! it works on automatic.

I can’t believe all this time nobody mentioned this problem until last week when I unlocked the SIM so my GF can use it on her T-Mobile. Where the hell where you guys this whole time?

Umm. This was already available for the previous Sprint Radio in the sticky threads.

This is just an updated radio with the same features.

I just flashed this radio but now my phone is starting to freeze up at times. Anybody else experiencing this? I'm using a sprint touch pro 2 and using an AT&T SIM card. I've already unlocked my phone using the unlocker but not sure why my phone is freezing. I've tried hard resetting the phone and I have not installed any apps on it. Also, let me know if my post needs it's own thread. Thanks!
