right now my problem is that after a road accident. my keyboard has become weird. it wont show any effect of keys on screen as it freezes the moment i slide out. but the keys light up and everything i press actually is working.
because when i slide it back in , i can see the changes of the keys i pressed.

its strange for me. but sometimes it totally freezes the screen to no return.
only after couple of resets - red button - it comes back again.

help me guys. would installing the roms here, help with this issue.
i have even opened and checked the flex cables are at place. though i dont know what importance that yellow transparent tape has but it seems at place too.
lol, i dont see how a rom will fix a hardware problem.

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

So for those still left with their TP2, which of Vin's Rom or for that matter, any ROM from this site are you using? I need to reflash my phone again and am looking for a low memory usuage phone with a fair number of apps on it. I was using Plutonium for abit with Mobile Shell and is looking for something as lite if not lighter.

Try the Titanium version.

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

Ditto. Titanium + Plutonium-based ROM, IMHO, provide maximum useability with minimal memory footprint. Just for the heck of it, I was running SPB MS with ProPlus alongside Titanium for the last couple of weeks. Once the novelty of it ran out, I swiched to Titanium permanently - it's faster, uses less memory, is more stable / less freeze prone, and I can get more info right on Today screen without having to open a different program.

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

I'm having a weird issue on this ROM. I also experienced it on Energy's ROM.

When I press the keyboard icon to minimize the keyboard (this happens with both light touches and holding the keyboard icon), the touch input menu comes up instead. I'll press close on the touch input menu and the keyboard will come right back up. It will continue to do that repeatedly. The only way to minimize the keyboard is to exit whatever I was doing.

Thoughts?
.
.
.

I believe I solved it...if you click the left side of the keyboard icon, it minimizes it

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

Guys, I have Sprint TP2 and would like to flash a titanium. I want to use the phone internationally using GSM. I see 3 option below
1. WM 6.5 SYS 21916 DOWNLOAD
2. Mirror 2
3. WM 6.5.X SYS 28244 DOWNLOAD

Which one should I download and flash?

I currently have a VIN ROM that I flashed almost a year ago (the phone was kindda dormant for sometime).

Thanks

Dec.08.10.NAKED Neodium (no Sense no Titanium no HTC canvas)
The lightest and the fastest. I was shocked to discover the free memory, no other roms I ever lnow can have such big free memories.

Running it for a few days without a crash. no more black screen of death.

Using it with radio 2.37 Verizon make the battery last really long.

the 21916 (6.5)version is the default WM 6.5 version with the start menu at the top of the screen

the 28244 (6.5.X) version has the start menu at the bottom

there's probably more changes between the two versions but that's the most noticeable difference
