Dunno. I task29'd, flashed, hardreset with latest plut-cookie, and with latest plut-no-cookie w/ 1.8.5 cab'd in, and tried default settings...still lag.

Latest Plut-no cookie w/ 1.8 cab'd in is definitely quicker. I have this on my test unit, and compared the two side by side. Yes, definitely quicker. I'm going to try a few more tweaks to see if I can speed things up.

Thanks for the tip!

Okay so if we just install the switch cab do we still need to download each individual cab? Or are all the dialers in the switch cab? Anyone know?

Re: 06/19/10 Plutonium Cookie/No Cookie is up! **VINdows Phone**

Hey VIN,

Wanted to let you know that I used your ROM the other day and REALLY liked it a lot. But I had a problem using it with my corporate security/encryption. Our exchange server deploys a policy which encrypts the data on my TP2 and requires a lock-screen after 20 mins of inactivity. After deploying our exchange policy, your ROM would work fine -- for awhile... However, at some point it would eventually have difficulty coming out of sleep. Instead of the lockscreen slider, I would only see the lock-screen numeric pad (the one you see when the slider lock isn't installed) and it wouldn't accept my passcode. After the first attempt the lock screen would stop responding. This condition would continue after multiple soft-resets, and the only solution was a hard reset.

I ran Task29 before installing the ROM, and I've used several other 6.5 and 6.5.x ROMs without encountering this issue. Not sure what caused it, but thought I'd let you know about it.

This might help:
Quote:
About exchange policies:
If you use exchange and have exchange policies applied to your device, this mod might not work for you. It depends on the type of policies which are enforced.
Some will not allow existing files to be replaced, which this mod requires. Others allow it and it will work.
You can try installing it - if it doesn't work it can be completely removed without a problem.
In case it doesn't work, your only option to get it working with your exchange policies is to flash a ROM with the mod cooked in.

About the CHT lockscreen:
Currently, the CHT lock screen does not support any PIN code or password protected unlocking.
Remove any unlock codes before turning on the CHT lockscreen or you will be permanently locked out of your device and you'll have to do a hard reset.
If you are using a gsensor app to automatically rotate the screen and you have it to always rotate, you should add the class "CHTLockscreen" to the exception list.
If you don't have the rotation app set rotate everything, but only a list of desired programs, then you don't have anything to worry about.
If you need to lock the CHT lockscreen externally, you can do it with this: "\Windows\CHT_Helper.exe -lock"
More info: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=625483

All I can do is to remove cht lockscreen from ROM to avoid this problem

Did that snooze cab work out for you?

Also, some of the symbols on the keyboard aren't right....is there a Verizon keyboard fix?? (it maybe due to a cab I have installed....one of the Dinik theme cabs)
