I will test win mo lock.So far no problems with the password.May be there is a conflict with cookie locker...

Lets try to break it.One more report and I will remove lockscreen options from Cookie
Thank you (flyers2114,vin255764 & info[]box1). You guys are awesome. I was able to reflash again. I did not change any settings in Cookie Home Editor. I will try agian and see if I can reproduce.

The security policy is pushed after I setup my exchange account. This requires an alphanumeric or simple numeric password.

I think I was able to reproduce the issue again after flashing.
Flashed rom, configured outlook to connect to Exchange server which required a numlock (used 6 digit code and time set to 30 min).
Went to home page, chose edit lock settings layout..changed layout to my liking and then chose cookie hometab editor, clicked misc settings (no changes made), clicked appts & tasks (turned off tasks), clicked lock settings (no changes made). Exit out of CHT to save settings and reset the device. On a reboot, you will be presented with a lock screen (blue buttons on white background) before booting into home screen and the codes will not work. Reflash is the only way to recover.

Hope this helps.

How did you "disable security" anyway?

Also, I see the CHT Lock Screen is enabled by default upon a new flash...

Talking Verizon ROM Update

I tried the latest Verizon sense 2.5 ROm and it was ok but I came back to VIN as I just think that it is a much better ROM. The best thing that came out of the Verizon Update was the new Radio. For some reason with this ROM my signal strength went down in areas were I usually have great reception. So the radio update was the fix for me as I am now back to the great signal strength that I was used to. So the ROM flash was worth it just to get the radio but that was about it. Can't wait for your next update VIN as I know that it will be a great one as they all have been. Not sure how you can beat the regular 55mb-75mb free ram and super battery life that I get with this rom but I know you will find a way lol lol as you are the ROM Master for real.....Happy Father's Day To All Fathers
