[ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

OK, here's an odd one, not sure if it's a ROM issue, or a sync issue.

In my Outlook calendar, I've imported all US holidays. In Outlook on my PC, Mother's Day shows up correctly as May 9th. In both the HTC and MS Calendars on my phone, it shows up as May 8th. Now this isn't the goofy daylight savings time issue, it shows up as an all-day event on Saturday the 8th instead of Sunday the 9th.

After flashing from SD card, before I did my first sync, I deleted the partnership from my PC, just so everything would be fresh for the first sync.

This hasn't happened with any of the previous Neodium versions, and I've used V1, V6+, and V7+.

Any thoughts?

Great Job on this ROM Vin! I am using your Plutonium v2 rom and it runs smoothly. I have disabled HTC Sense Titanium and everything I need works just perfect.

I have only 1 thought-I forgot to cleanup the weather cities and they connected to world clocks.It sounds like it synced with european timezone may be....
try to delete all cities

I can cook v8.5 with stock dialer.
After every ROM release I backup my kitchen,especially with plus code,I saved every single file.
No probs,just let me know

I don't know, I'm really puzzled by this. I tried deleting the weather cities, soft-resetting, and re-syncing, but it's still messed up. Just to make it more interesting, it's only the holidays that are messed up. Other all day events I have, like people's birthdays, are fine.
