flashed 12.29 pluto, it appears that no notifications appear on the lockscreen..never had a bug in Vin's ROMS, so I would take it as something I did..has anyone experienced this and resolved?

I flashed Nov. 26 Neodium ROM and then installed the 2 cabs (vin255764 InitProv.cab and SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab) from this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/1976754-post8469.html and my reception immediately got better. I think it's the SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab that made the difference. I don't remember executing the builtin provision.

Would really like to know why the this SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab made a difference as I would like to use it on other ROMs.

Tried to download new Neo but it was slooooow (20KB or less), then disconnected. I don't use it, but was going to put up a mirror... I will try again later tonight.

Actually just had a SOD? 1st time in forever, hopefully just a fluke? Also when restarting I get a .net installing error, still boots up without me having to do anything, but curious if I may need to reinstall ROM?

Neo DL'd okay over here. Gonna flash it in a few...

Haven't had an SOD in years it seems. Did you install from Windows? If so, make sure you disconnect USB cable after flash/before reboot. I've had weird errors with cable hooked up. Always reflashed when that happened & no problems afterwards. :mrgreen:
