I'd say this is a good replacement of solid Oct.17 ROM
Torus is 9200.Usually it jumps that high if something went wrong in the sys or sys is just too perfect...I dont know

Uploading to hotfile.
Reverse logistics is a full manufacturer reset (##786#).It will wipe out all info including phone number so people can do fresh update profile in case if they played with epst or used phone were sold,or somebody planning to sell their phone
