Make sure you're using the settings on the tabs at the bottom rather than the start button. Once you click on the gear icon you select the first item in the list, "Vibration". If you don't see "Font" as the next item up then you're following the wrong path. B5Z is exactly correct.

Ahahahaaaaa!! Good 1. I was like I dont see a personalize. Thanks for the step by step. And thanks given to the other guy who also tried to help. I was looking in the wrong place.

Now that that is out of the way....Can someone tell me how to get an all black start button?? I notice it is there when my phone starts up but the it changes back to the colorful one and I have an all black theme going here. Maybe a regedit? A cab? Anything.

slide your slider all the way to the right........you will see personalize at the top of the screen

Hardy Har Har!! Ay man that dialer indeed was sexy! I am going for an all black theme and the dialer fit right in. So since you seem to have all the answers....How in the hell do I get an all black start button??? Its obviously still in the phone cuz after a soft reset it is there. Then when sense loads, it goes to the colorful one. Not a good look with my Wesley Snipes Theme.

Dont know yet. Its still stock for right now. All I have are all black stock icons with some kind of black ice cubed background and an all black dialer so far. Its all pretty simple. Why? Do you have a good one in mind??

I just noticed that the call history tab on my phone is red. I could've sworn in the last version I flashed, 23566, that it was green. Now I'm wondering whether it changes for a reason. I don't have any missed calls or voicemails that I'm aware of...

Anybody know whether it changes color? Was it alway red?
