Re: WM 6.5.X ROMS.Sense 2.5 (Powered by PPCK !!!)
Hey Vin,
Running latest no cookie plutonium. Running great. I been trying different apps like clean ram, sktool lite, and most recently ramsweeper. clean ram seems to do very little to free up memory, sktools and ramsweeper both lock up the device more often than not. Was curious if you had one that you use with your rom that works well? Thanks oh and don't off yourself. |

Re: WM 6.5.X ROMS.Sense 2.5 (Powered by PPCK !!!)
haha. Why is that? My post wasn't directed at you.
The shortcut I added is different than the HTC shortcuts that take you to the tab on sense. This shortcut takes you directly into the contacts. It took me awhile how to figure out how to do it. I also have the regedit needed if anybody uses the action screen as well so that if you add a contact it goes automatically into the manila contacts option instead of the windows. |

I repeat: to enable HTC Contacts: 1) [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila] "IsShortcutEnable"=dword:00000001 2)Soft reset btw twe90kid was talking about 6.5.X add new outlook contact UI which is totally different from usual 6.5 add new contacd UI Its a separate story from HTC Contacts |

The shortcut that you are describing would be put in the start menu\programs but it just takes you to the contacts tab on sense 2.5. You still have to click All People to get into the contacts. What I do is I have the original contacts shortcut moved into my office mobile folder if I ever need it and the manila contacts that I attached is put in my start menu\programs folder. Hope that helps. |
