[ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

does anybody have an answer for getting rid of the weather animation?not just the animation but the entire icon and stuff?(like it was when you first flash the rom)

or is this something I should ask in the general tp2 forum?

you can disable full screen animation,but the small one under the clock will be there

ok i found the problem. this happens when your data connection is on.
Dial-up Enabler/Disabler has a option to turn off data after a certain amount of time, but this causes some problem with slide to answer. currently no fix... uninstall it. i've sent a pm to the creator of the prog, hope he/she address the issue

with the cab installed I was getting a extreme hard time answering calls, so I uninstalled all the cabs and slowly puttin them back in. Even going to a new / old radio I was testing.

ok yeah thanks i guess i shouldnt have run the weather app bc i don't really have a need for it and don't care to have an outdated weather icon or want to have it always turn on my data connection and drain battery.

I guess I'll ask if anyone has a cab to remove it in the general forum

it is possible, but that was the whole development of the Sense UI manila. You are kinda asking to reinvent the wheel but other will say then try the old 2.0 since moving forward is too drastic.

I understand you i actually wanted to go up to 2.5 for the quicklinks and didn't really know what else was entailed in the upgrade.

I don't think it should be too big of a change since the rom comes out of the box like that but if there is no fix i dont mind too much,it just doesn't hurt asking am i right?

edit: i put this in the thread after thinking about it and thought i would just throw it in here as an edit as well so maybe someone in here will catch it and know of a solution

yes, but it will cause problems. there are cabs like "strra auto disconnect 60 secs" but you will have slide to answer problems. there's no actual fix for it. even if you install it and put patch over the installation, the data may not turn off anymore... it's weird
