thanks for all the hard work. ive gone back and forth to a few roms, but i keep coming back to yours. i havent flashed plutonium yet though because i really like the stability of neodium. any plans onmaking v3 of plutonium since you said v2 is not ready yet for everyday use?

Slacker is a simple program from Leo,no landscape.Same thing with footprints, ereader and document browser

Great...can't wait to see V8 up and running. The only problems I have thus far noticed with this ROM is the MMS stuff I discussed, and I didn'te even realize that video mail never worked until you said this. Most stable ROM i've flashed to thus far, and I can't wait to give V8 a try when it posts!

how do you add in ebooks for the reader? I tried putting an ebook I had in the reader folder but nothing...it would be nice if you could store them on the storage card and still be able to read them withthe readter tab

The indexer included in the tools folder automatically looks in \My Documents\Reader and \Storage Card\My Documents\Reader, so you can store ebooks in either location. Just make sure you store them as Title - Author.epub, so the indexer can correctly extract the book title and author. Google Images is great for finding cover art, too.

Ok, installed P_v2 fresh out of the oven yesterday and have been playing with different settings and CABs for a day now. I am happy to report that, as usual, everything just works! No need to tweak, add, delete or otherwise.

Some notes:
- I do not have a ringer problem as someone reported. I even tried an alarm and it works fine as well.
- The eBook Reader seems cool, and I like the public domain titles included. I was unable to flip pages, however. Perhaps it's just me. Anybody know how to work the darn thing?
- Lastly, in one occasion, I pulled up the dialer and the graphics were messed up. It cold be due to some of the customization CABs I've been throwing it it. If that's the only thing that goes wrong with the custom taskbars, clocks and other eye-candy crap, then it's a major improvement over previous ROMs I've tried.
- The only suggestion I have is to add a soft reset utility to the recipe. The task manager included in V7 was cool, but I could not find it in the Plutonium builds. Perhaps I have not looked everywhere, but that's unlikely.

Again, you have proven to be a competent and noteworthy Chef! Thanks for your great work.

This Plutonium V2 ROM rocks! I'm new to the TP2 and this whole flashing business. Cut my teeth with MightyRom, then decided to check out Plutonium. I'm impressed with the functionality and logical layout of pretty much everything. I've only found one boo boo, and that is every so often, if I'm checking my voice mail and attempt to bring up the dialer, the graphics are all hosed and I don't get the dialer. A soft reset seems to do the trick, but it happens again on occasion even after reset.

Anyhow, it's not a huge deal and I think the ROM is awesome. I love your cooking!

Re: 02/27/10 sprint Neodium_V.8 is up !

In v8 for faster footcam startup -better to run quick gps first.located in startmenu\gps folder.
it will create image with gps coordinates.(saved in my POI)
find this image in albums and set as a footprint.
Footprints can be exported to storage card.

Neodium v8 will be ready today.

-full set of manila tabs (footprints,ereader,doc.browser).

Save those 11 books in SD.I deleted old library. This time there are 5 new books (came with latest Leo ROM)

Does this mean there won't be a Neodium V8+? V8 will be all-inclusive?

Wow, I could have had a V8! :evil4:
