my clock is dusk 2.1 and heres the dialer skin, i just put it on and all is good.

guys how can i flash this rom if it only has one file nbh.

place the file RHODIMG.nbh on the root of your card, then hard reset (power the device off completely then press and hold power + vol down). Have you unlocked?

oh so i have to flash it ... tru the sd card .. would this erase everything in my sd card ... n yes i unlocked already .. i been flashin roms n everything but its the first time i have seen this ..

or do i need to unlocked something else i mean i unlocked the phone thats it .. so i really dnt know of this procedure .but i kno yal guys can help me

no it will not erase everything on your card. If you are not comfortable with this method, you could just rename the nbh to RUU_signed and place it into whatever RUU that you have been using for your TP2. I prefer flashing from the card because it gives you the flexibility to flash on the go. I keep a folder named ROMs on my card and keep several ROMs in there.
