Does the Sense 2.1 music player work correctly whenever you add new songs to the music folder? Does it re-index automatically and show all songs, artists, genres, etc.?

You need to make sure that the manila files you're installing are meant for Manila 2.1, otherwise they either won't work or will break the weather clock. Also, you need to use the default wallpaper to see the weather animation. There are cabs to enable it with other wallpapers, but I don't have any cabs or know of specific threads where they are available, but I have seen them.

Well, I got off on the wrong foot with this upgrade, so I just did a hard reset to get back to stock. I haven't installed anything yet or touched the background and it's not doing anything in the background with the weather.

Unfortunately this new update hasn't completely addressed dropping to 1x.
I dropped to 1x 2 times this morning. It is not as bad as before - I think...

Com'mon Verizon, get this $hit fixed! None of the other carriers have this problem!

1st post

edit: its for SPCS but I have it working on my Verizon TP 2, I fiddled with it all afternoon and what I ended up doing is exporting the Arcsoft MMS registry key before installing this vesion.

I uninstalled the version that I had installed, istalled this version and then imported the registry key that I exported earlier.

i am on verizon and i never ever ever have this problem. only in a area where i have really bad service. but thats the only time.

The animated weather does work for me, but I had to sort of activate it first and it doesn't animate often, only after I close an application.

Initially, the animation wasn't working, but when I changed locations around (by going into the clock settings), it turned on the animations with the default wallpaper. I went to London, then New York, and back to Dallas all in the space of a minute! I haven't found out animations with wallpapers yet, still looking.
