21893 returned the lock screen back to the original settings with only 4 drop down options and

Also, is anyone having issues with the cookie monster home tab. It seems it happens after the device is encrypted by exchange policies. The sprint wording in the top left of the home page turns into tmobile and I lose all shortcuts on the home tab. After I uninstall cookie monster, it is back to working as normal.
