Screen lock is dependent on WM6.5 background. Open Pictures & Videos, select image, make background. That'll change the Today screen background (not Manila) and lock screen to match.

No setting for weather timing anywhere. Only 2.5 has that. I think it updates every 2 or 3 hours. But it is finicky.

To make weather go, try Dialer/End key. But sometimes I noticed they stop after awhile <shrug>

There is DEFINITELY a lag in SMS and EMAIL. Already a fix which will be posted in the updated ROM probably Monday

A few updated HTC apps, fixes and a couple little tricks. No big new apps or anything--ROM is pretty solid, just fixing the little niggles now.

I find call volume quite loud now, but can look into making it louder. Attach the .cab and I'll take a look at it.

No 2.5, sorry. As much as I like it in theory, I just can't deal with it's slowness, now landscape in the Twitter app, etc. Just not meant for this device, so 2.1 it is.

Mal, this is a great ROM! One question I posed earlier today which got buried in the thread - I have excellent performance on this ROM in all areas except scrolling of email in the WM email application. I've reflashed and tested a few different things but cannot find any cab that would be impacting this. Any ideas on how to smooth the scrolling in native WM apps? TIA

Yup, I know what it is and it's fixed in the new version, probably coming Monday. You should see a big difference...it was bothering me too.

I think I may have fixed this. Turns out the Sprint model and USC was also in there...I think that threw it off.

here is the thread for the AudioPara.... .like i said the volume for the ringers etc is fine, nice and loud just the in call volume thats a little low for me.

Switched ROMs or browsers? Because I'm pretty sure you can just install Opera 9.5 or 9.7 and it will become the default browser and you don't have to worry about 10 at all.

Hmm, I already have AudioPara 2 installed in this ROM. Will see about the other versions.

Thanks for the GREAT rom, two quick questions:

1. in the hd tweak, there's a light sensor option that can be disabled, I assume that is the feature tha turns the screen OFF when you put the phone to your ear? If so, the disable is not working because after i hit disable (which is what I want) the phone still turns off when i put the phone on my ear.

2. the auto-lock feature in hd tweak is not working either, i enabled it but when i turn off the screen and turn it back on, it doesnt ask me to slide to unlock?

Can't wait for the update Mal, though I did just get everything running smooth with 1.0 =). Definately my new fav ROM. Glad to see you are going to stick away from 2.5....I tried to make it work for a long time but at the end of the day its just not made for the TP2.

opera 9.5 or 9.7 both load fine over 10 and it will become default and you can still use 10 from startmenu.
